2. Registration form: one per child.  All children of all ages are required to register

3. Registration Fee:

   Early Registration: $85/child for CZC Members, and $105/child for non-members

   Late Registration: $125/child for CZC Members, and $150/child for non-members

6. Class Frequency:  Refer to class calendar.
